2010 Advisory Committee Election RESULTS

Erma D. Zamora Re-Elected by Acclamation

Erma D. Zamora has been re-elected, by acclamation, to another term on the Advisory Committee.

Ms. Zamora, a retired member of the Plan, was employed during most of her career with the Career Service Authority. She worked for the City for 30 years. Ms. Zamora will be serving another three-year term on the Advisory Committee.

This is the first time in the history of Denver Employees Retirement Plan that an Advisory Committee member has been re-elected by acclamation, as no other member submitted a self-nomination form prior to the deadline.

The other members of the Committee are:

Adeniyi Kelani, Ph.D., a current City employee whose term will expire in May 2011.

Mike Aleksick, a current City employee whose term will expire in May 2012.

This three-person, non-voting Committee represents members at monthly Retirement Board meetings. The purpose of the Committee is to offer suggestions and advice to the Retirement Board throughout the year.
